TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE.
Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights.
General
The terms and conditions shall govern all sales of any products to any customers by the company and shall override any additional or conflicting conditions the consumer may attempt to impose. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed expressly and specifically in writing by the company.
We reserve the right to change any part of our website at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check if any changes have be made to the products or our terms and conditions, if the terms and conditions have be changed between your orders, and you go through with the order then it constitutes your acceptance or the new agreement.
Prices
Prices charged would be those determined by the company at time of shipment of the product, any change in price against the order would be advised to the customer prior to shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping will be undertaken by T.N.T, you are able to track your freight on the T.N.T website (www.tnt.co.uk), we will quote you the consignment in an e-mail when your order id dispatched. Your shipment will be delivered with in 9-10 days, subject to other terms and conditions below.
Airberg will accept no responsibility or cost whatsoever if delivery of any product is delayed as a result of anything out of it's control; i.e. act of god, war, industrial action, customs searches or local holidays.
All risks in relation to the goods will pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer. All deliveries will be considered as individual transactions and the failure of any separate delivery shall not affect the due performance of the contract as regards other deliveries.
It is the customers responsibility that some one is able to accept the delivery. If they do not, then the goods will be return to the shipping depot for collection or re-delivery.
Delivery times are based on our couriers, the times shown are approximate. It for any reason we cannot dispatch with in 10 days we will notify you with an e-mail.
The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches the customer's country of residence. If the customer is unsure of the relevant import duty and tax rates, they should contact their local customers office for further information. Airberg can not be held responsible for the actions of any Customs Departments who choose to open and interfere with any package.
The company does not operate a "sale or return" policy.
All references by the company to the timing of delivery to the customer are estimates. In no case shall the estimated time of delivery to the customer become a term of contract.
Every reasonable effort will be made on the part of the company to meet agreed times and location for delivery, shipment or collection. However, these cannot be guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for any loss caused by delay in delivery.
Every reasonable effort will be made by the company to ensure product availability to meet orders for shipment. Actual availability can only be confirmed when the products for the order are assembled. The company shall not be liable for any loss caused by the unavailability of product ordered.
All delivery terms are subject to the rules of Inco terms 1990.
Bovine Products
Restrictions affect the supply of beef and products from cattle born or reared in the UK. There are no limitations on the export of beef or bovine material of non-UK origin. It still remains illegal to export beef or products derived from cattle born or reared in UK and slaughtered before 15th.June.2005 and beef containing vertebral column, or products derived from vertebral column, from cattle born or reared in the UK and slaughtered before 3rd.May.2006. Any products advertised on our site that are found to be in infringement of the regulations stated above will not be supplied and deleted from you order.
Products
The company guarantees that all goods supplied conform in every respect to relevant UK legislation. However, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that products ordered are acceptable under the laws of the importing country in relation to labeling, packaging, ingredients and any other considerations.
The accuracy of any special product requirement contained in the order is the responsibility of the customer.
All descriptions and weights are of original manufacture and are intended to give a general description of the size and type of product. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of the packaging for the goods and volume weight if necessary.
In the event of a product being out of stock we will notify you with an e-mail and suggest other alternatives e.g different size or different brand.
Payment & Confidentiality
We do not hold any of your account details or card number. All transactions are processed though secure security systems.
We will not give out any of your contact details to any another companies.
We will accept all major credit and debit cards (please see below);
Payment
All payments shall be made in united kingdom pounds sterling. Only recognised credit and debit cards are accepted as payment. Online payments are made through Paypal. these are all processed using secure security systems.

Claims
The customer upon receipt must inspect all products. Any claim on the company by the customer based on any defect in the quantity, quality or condition of the products must be reported in writing and telephone call to the company within three days of receipt, otherwise the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
Documentation
The company shall give all reasonable assistance in obtaining the necessary documentation to accompany a shipment.
However, the company cannot accept responsibility for the acceptance of these documents by the authorities in an importing country.
The company reserves the right to charge the customer for any documentation, inspection or other services supplied to the customer in respect of their orders.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England.
Where there is a valid claim based on any defect of quality, the company shall issue a credit note for no more than the invoiced price to the customer for the products not supplied and shall have no further liability to the customer.
Retention of title.
Notwithstanding the passing of the risk products, the property in the products shall not pass to the consumer until the company has received payment in full, together with payment of all other sums due.
