Why are the weights shown often greater than the actual weight of the product?
The chargeable weight of a product is based on not only the real weight of the product but also it's volume. A volumised weight is used in the shopping basket. This takes into account both the real weight, and the volume weight of a product. An example of this is a multipack of crisps is very light but still takes up a lot of space. Alternatively a can of baked beans is very heavy and only takes up a small amount of space.
Can I buy items not listed?
Yes - simply e-mail a request to the address on our contacts page and we will source the product and add it to our stock list.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 4-10 working days after dispatch. This can be affected by how long customs take to clear your goods. Dispatch will take a maximum of 15 working days from when you place your order. This is subject to stocks.
